Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any application or service provided by Workout Ring Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our apps or services.

Use of Our Apps

Our apps are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use our apps only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

Intellectual Property

All content in our apps, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Workout Ring Apps or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our apps are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Fitness apps disclaimer: The workout content in our fitness apps is for informational and educational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program. We are not responsible for any injuries resulting from use of our apps.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Workout Ring Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any other damages arising from your use of our apps, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In-App Advertising

Our apps may display third-party advertisements through Google AdMob. These ads are subject to Google's advertising policies. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the products/services they promote.

In-App Purchases

Some of our apps offer optional in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through the Google Play Store and are subject to Google's payment terms. We do not store payment information. All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our apps at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our apps after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
